I urge the FTC to not open a loophole in the Do-Not-Call Registry which would allow companies to deliver pre-recorded telemarketing messages. We are bombarded by telemarketing in our jobs and many other areas of our life. Home is the one place we have some control! I urge you strongly not to allow this loophole to take affect!
