Comments:
I am opposed to changing the Telemarketing Sales Rules to permit any additional type of telemarketing -- whether it is pre-recorded or live. Since the Do Not Call List went into effect for which we registered all of our phones, we have not received those annoying telemarketing calls. Our lives have not been interrupted by unnecessary and unwanted phone calls -- most of which come at the least desireable time possible. Telemarketing is a Push technology. If people want to sign up for it and get it, that is fine. However, I do not want to receive any telemarketing phone calls -- recorded or not-- that I have not signed up to receive. Please do not change the current law. Thank you
