Comments:
The proposed rule change will significantly undermine the significant benefits realized from the national do not call registry. Prerecorded messages are the most obnoxious and difficult to deal with. There is no ready way to tell the caller to remove you from their list (as with a live caller), and there is no way to keep such messages from being left on an answering machine. Please do NOT amend the rule to allow prerecorded messages. Stanley J. Kartchner
