Comments:
Please record my comments as in vigorous opposition to the proposed calling method into homes on the do not call listing. Modern methods of communication are seriously degraded already with commercial messages. To open this channel to the same will lead to consumption of available bandwidth and simply drive the cost of the communications infrastructure up. This then will make necessary the expansion of the system all at taxpayers expense but not to taxpayers benefit. Advertising will expand to fill all available bandwidth.
