I am opposed to the proposed changes to the national do not call list. The current Telemarketing Sales Rule's work fine. If changes are made I wish they were set so that consumers can "opt in" before receiving such calls rather than "opt out" as proposed. Further, If changes are made to the rules please expand it so that Political and charity organizations are not exempt.
