Comments:
Do modify rules for "Do Not Call." The "opt out" for stopping the potentiel calls is not wanted by the public and not necessary. We have had good success with present rules and do not want any change. The barrage of calls we were receiving previous to Do Not Call has stopped and we do not want it to begain again.
