Comments:
My wife and I are VERY much opposed to allowing pre-recorded message telemarketing to American homes. We are registered on the "do-not-call" list and finally enjoy the freedom from unwanted calls. Allowing pre-recorded messages to be exempt from the registry would only reopen our lives to unsolicited calls and subject us to the intrusions that were prevalent prior to the "do-not-call" list option. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE RULES AND OPEN THE PROPOSED LOOPHOLE!!!!!
