Do not change the Do Not Call rules. To allow taped messages would defeat the idea of the DNC list. I don't want to hear from these people including politicians. The taped recordings keep my phone connected after I hang up on them until the message has completed. this can last for one or two full minutes while I cannot use my phone. Make an opt in list for people who want to be called but leave the rest of us to the silence of our homes. thank you, charles taggart
