The Do Not Call Registry is working well without creating any new loopholes! This new attempt to allow "pre-recorded message telemarketing" is just another example of the power of special interest money in our governments operations. Remember, I "opt out" when I place my name on the Do Not Call Registry and I certainly do not want to redo this with every business that I have a relationship with. Start thinking of the individual voter and not special interests!
