I am vigorously opposed to the proposed amendment to the Telemarketing Sales Rule to allow prerecorded messages. The current do-not-call list as currently structured is absolutely wonderful and should not be relaxed in any manner but rather should be strengthened to include the prohibition of electronic "spam" emails.
