I do not accept recorded messages. My phone is unavaliable to me as long as the recorded message is playing. If I have an enmergency, I must wait until the unwanded garbage is finished before I can use my phone I pay for. If they want to advertise let them use TV or print meda. I will not purchase from someone using my phone to advertise to me.
