Please do not change the rules to allow telemarketers to make recorded calls. These are just as annoying as no preredorded calls. These calls are disturbing. They are frequently made during the dinner hour and interrupt family activity. Also, they often are made to our home after bedtime. My wife has serious health problems requiring frequent rest and nap time. These calls are disturbing and interfer with her needed rest periods. If marketer wishes to contact us, they can do so vial mail, or email. Neither of which is disturbing.
