Please do not weaken the Do Not Call Registry by allowing prerecorded message telemarketing. Since the introduction of the Do Not Call Registry last year, the number of unsolicited and unwanted telemarketing calls that I receive has decreased by over 90%. I do not want the number of unsolicited and unwanted calls to increase. I am enjoying not being pestered by unwanted calls! Thank you.
