I am overjoyed at the success of the current regulations in that my phone is no longer hostage to unwanted calls. I see no need for nor value in the proposed loosening of the reins to those who would once again have access to my phone for unsolicited calls. Please do not approve this proposed amendment to the Telemarketing Sales Rule
