To allow recorded messages would defeat the whole reason we have the DO NOT CALL LIST. These messages should NOT be allowed through to invade our privacy. It has been so nice without any telemarketing calls I sure don't want to start getting their calls again. What differance does it make if it is a live person or a recorded message, it still is telemarketing and we don't want their messages!
