The no-call list should not be diluted with loopholes to allow recorded messages to be sent. I am opposed to any weakening of the rules. in fact, I would prefer that the rules be strengthened to include better policing of fax numbers, and provide a way to easily eliminate junk faxes. I am inundated with email spam, and junk faxes. Although I am diligent in trying to remove my email addresses and various phone numbers from everyone's list, I still get many unwanted communications daily.
