What part of DO NOT CALL don't you bureaucrats understand? We all signed up to NOT GET calls and it works. No loopholes please. Some companies are already annoying us and invading our privacy with recorded messages. I suggest keeping an eye on Allen Hile's purchases and bank accounts since he seems to be in bed with Voice Mail Broadcasting Corp.
