Comments:
I am against any change that would allow any type of solicitation on my phone, recorded or otherwise. We are elderly and have a phone only to talk with our children and call the doctor or ER. It is difucult for us to get up and answer the phone and when we now get recorded messages we have no way of cutting in and shutting them up. This has twice interfered with our ability to contact a doctor. If this change goes thru we will disconnect the phone and use a prepaid cell phone.
