When I opted into the no telemarketing provision, that is what I wanted--no telemarketing annoyance. Providing loopholes is contrary to my wishes. Permitting unauthorized recorded messages and, further, the polluting of voice mail with recorded messages seems to me to be the absolute worst form of annoyance and invasion of privacy.
