PLEASE, under no circumstances should you allow any additional use of auto-call or pre-recorded messages. They are intrusive and an assult to us in our own homes. The potential for abuse is great and the potential benefit minimal. For the consumer, the benefit is nearly non-existent. The petition by the DMA should be rejected as it goes against the very spirit of the Telemarketing Sales Rule.
