Comments:
Do not amend the rules to allow pre-recorded messages be sent to those who have signed up for the do not call list. The benefits of the do not call list to individuals should not be diminished in favor of businesses who wish to sell using the phones. No loopholes should be made or exceptions granted to allow any increase in telemarketing activity. In fact, those who are currently exempted (non-profits, political campaigns, etc.) from the rules should be further restricted. I enjoy the peace at dinnertime and nothing should be done that will allow more telemarketing calls, regardless of whether they are pre-recorded or not.
