Comments:
I am apposed to any interpretation of the Do Not Call Registry that would allow companies to deliver prerecorded messages for telemarketing. Since the Do not Call Registry has gone into effect, I can answer the phone without worrying that I will be bothered by unwanted calls. To change the great improvement in any way would be to reduce my protection. Identification does not help, and I do not want to go through the effort of opting out once again. Please do not cave to commercial interests. Sincerely< Helen Ingram
