Do not change the rule. I like that I don't get calls anymore. I don't want to have to opt out with individual businesses. I don't want to have to file complaints against individual businesses that violate the provisions of this safe harbor. I don't want to be called at home by anyone, soliciting or selling anything. It is a nuisance and the rule should not be changed to allow even a minor, unnecessary nuisance.
