I have really enjoyed the peace and quiet, since joining the Do Not Call List. Suppertime has really been a joy because there has not been any interruptions from telemarketers. I think that the if the rules are relaxed to allow prerecorded messages, you might as well throw out the entire program. I promise , I will NOT by anything from anyone that calls our house. Please DO NOT RELAX THE RULES. I pay the bill for the phone service and should have some say as to its usage.
