Dear FTC, Now that I am on the do not call registry I have greatly enjoyed not recieving numerous phone calls everyday from people or recorded telemarketers. The do not call list should actually be called the do not bother me list. This is the way I feel, if I want something from a company I will seek them out to buy their product. If I'm an existing customer of a company they can send me any message along with my bill or I could opt in to receiving further calls. Pre recorded messages are the worst because of the abandoned calls, whether its a 3%, 5%or 10% the only acceptable rate to me is 0% calls. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW ANY CHANGES TO THE CURRENT LAW.
