Allowing telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship is RIDICULOUS. ***I VEHMENTLY OPPOSE THIS.*** It would negate the intent of the DO NOT CALL rule.
