I am not in favor of any amendment which will allow any telemarketer or corporate solicitor (pre-recorded or other) to my private or business telephone lines or cellular phone service even if I have an established business relationship. I am also not in favor of the DMA's request to admend TSR’s call abandonment safe harbor provision from its current form.
