Please, please do not alter the Do Not Call List. The purpose of signing the list in the first place was to prevent unwanted, annoying, intrusive telemarketing calls. Responding to a loophole and allowing prerecorded obnoxious calls serves business interests and lobbyists, but not the public. Please do your job and represent us--the little guy.
