You should not pass this rule allowing companies to call me unless I have previously agreed that they can call. I pay for my telephone; no one else does. They should not be able to use it to make sales calls to me unless I agree. I should not have to take steps to stop them; they should have to take steps to get my permission to call me. Please do not pass this rule allowing them to call without my permission.
