Why have a Do Not Call List only to have it watered down by permitting obnoxious, unwanted recorded messages. I am so sorry to see this to even be considered as an issue. I got on the Do Not Call List so I would not be invaded by unwanted, unsolicited advertrising by someone I would not do business with anyway. I never patronize any firm that uses any type of cold canvassing advertising. I consider it an invasion of my privacy at the least. I looked with so much relief to the DNCL and now it is being challenged through a loop hole that should have been closed at the outset. Please keep the lid tight on the Do Not Call List. W D Dukate
