Ref: Docket Id. (RIN3084-0098) I vehemently oppose this proposed revision to the existing rules. This change would effectively take out "ALL" of the worthwhile benefits gained with the "No-Call" listing. Even now I am still bothered by telemarketers who do not abide by the requirements of the "No-Call" list. It would be even worse if this revision were allowed to pass. I average not less than 21 computerized telemarketer calls a week NOW. I do not want the situation to progressively become worse. I strongly oppose the proposal.
