I am against any change to the existing act to allow any "loopholes" in the don't call list. I for one don't want any spam messages on my phone. I won't buy any goods or services over the phone from anyone. The public has made it abundantly clear that they do not want to be bothered by telepohone spam marketing. The FTC has finally done something that the public has been crying out for and it's working. Don't break it.
