Comments:
The telemarketing law already has enough loopholes and weaknesses - we are still getting unwanted calls and are still being annoyed and interrupted in our homes. These new amendments just seem to be an attempt to pick away at the law and do an end-run around our wishes. We don't want the phone calls, recorded or not! Any company that has a legitimate business relationship that they wish to discuss with me can send me a letter, and I will contact THEM. Thank you.
