I joined the no call list because I was being harrassed by multiple phone calls and I wanted them to stop. I am disabiled and find it difficult to get to the phone at certain times. I feel the changes being considered would talk the phone service back to where it was before we signed up for the no call list. My vote is NO on any of these changes, Thanks-Gary Freeman
