Allowing recorded telemarketer calls is crazy. It would be even easier and cheaper for the telemarketing industry to invade my home with unneeded, unwanted calls. The public finally got protection from these intrusions only to have loophole in the law be exploited. Please close this loophole and do everyone a favor.
