Any changes altering the rules of the Do Not Call registry should have an opt in rather than an opt out provision. If I am interested in a product or service, I will research and contact said companies. I do not want unsolicited, unwanted, unwelcomed phone calls disrupting, disturbing the privacy of my home. It is intrusive and invasive.
