As a citizen, I am strongly opposed to this measure. It is yet another intrusion into our daily lives that has no added value- much like the unsolicited faxes that use up paper and the other telemarketer calls that somehow manage to get through and seem to occur right around the dinner hour. If this loop hole passes, I imagine that there would be more messages left on my phone recorder, preventing me from picking up important messages from my children or spouse, and from the volunteer activity I am involved with- youth soccer. Please close this loop hole in the existing staute. You must look at the intent in the original "Do Not Call" campaign- THE PUBLIC JUST DOESN'T WANT TO BE HASSLED WITH PHONE SOLICITATIONS, IN ANY FORM. Thank you. Chris Rodgers
