The rules governing the Do Not Call Registry (The Registry) should not be changed to permit "pre-recorded message telemarketing" to anyone who has signed up for The Registry. These pre-recorded messages were a great nuisance prior to The Registry became effective and I do not want the rules watered-down so unsolicitaed messages will legally start coming in again. Actually, we still get pre-recorded message from telemarketers and its impossible to tell them to remove us from their call list because there is no one to talk with. It's very frustrating to set aside what we are doing to answer the phone and get another stupid recording. We DO NOT want more of them. What justification is there for this proposed change? Are Lobbyists active and throwing money around to get loopholes incorporated in The Registry?? John
