Comments:
Allowing companies to deliver "pre-recorded message telemarketing" calls would GUT the law that a vast majority of Americans endorsed--the law establishing the Do Not Call Registry. Why would you allow this exception to the law? DO NOT allow this loop-hole to happen. The public has spoken on this issue already and don't fool with us anymore. Phil Harmon
