Do not consider relaxation of the Do Not Call list guidelines. With the proposal to allow recorded messages our voice mail will be full of unwanted junk again, and we will once again get calls that disturb us at mealtime and in the evening. I am on the Do Not Call list and still get frequent calls from MCI 800 (Conferencing) Service despite calling MCI who rudely hung up on me and my phone company. Since the call is usually from a different phone number each time I cannot block the calls by phone number. A HOT KEY needs to be established for the receiver of unwanted calls to hit that removes his number from the callers call list or blocks calls from the calling number from ever getting thru again. Repeat - Do not relax rules on the Do Not Call List, if anything, make them stricter. Life has been much better since we have not had to worry about picking up the phone when it rings. Also, make sure that cell phones are double protected from these preditators.
