I applauded the creation of the Do-Not-Call Registry. How can the FTC say the proposed change would not have any dramatic results? Technology today is capable of sending 1.5 million pre-recorded messages per day! I do not want to come home to an answering machine full of unsoliciated calls every day. What I have a hard time understanding is why companies would want to contact people on the Do-Not-Call list anyway. I am on that list to not waste my time and their time. I will NEVER buy from a telemarketer. Please keep things they way they are. Thank you.
