Under NO circumstances should the FTC allow the OPT OUT law to be circumvented by this act or ammendment. I do NOT want to be called by anyone unless I have given them my number personally. I do not have my phone, nor my cell phone, just so someone too lazy to get a real job can waste my time and money trying to sell me things I do NOT want in the first place. They do not contribute one bit to the cost of my phones, so why should I allow them to use something I have paid for. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THIS. The people that have opted out have done so for a reason.
