Comments:
1. We are totally opposed to this new proposed rule. We do not want to receive any communication by telephone from any telemarketer or business. We especially do not want to receive any prerecorded messages. 2. We are totally opposed to the Direct Marketing Association proposed amendment to change "mesured per day..." to "measured over a 30-day period." Both of these proposals violate the purpose of the original law and its intent.
