When WE signed up for the NO CALL list it was supposed to be the ultimate OPT OUT for all times. We should NOT have to go through the same old procedure any more, we should be off limits to all bothersome calls. I think that all political and most charitable solicitors should be included on the original no call. The beauty of the concept was to be able to sit down for a meal or to watch a program on tv without having to get up and answer the phone only to find it wasn't important and to have missed a very important part of the program or to have a cold meal.
