I placed my number on the do-not-call list because I don't want the interuption and annoyance of telemarketers. I have since enjoyed dinner without unwanted calls. Please don't end that peace by allowing recorded telemarketing calls. If you must then require that consumers "opt in" as opposed to having to "opt out" to keep from receiving calls.
