This opening of a "loophole" to permit pre recorded phone calls is a DISASTER waiting to happen. With new technology these companies will SPAM everyone and their brothers. It MUST NOT be permitted. Think about the common guy for once and what that MAJORITY of people want. They do NOT want to be bombarded with pre recorded SPAM messages. The political crooks bombarded me this past election and my only recourse was to vote AGAINST anyone that did these unsolicited calls. Do the right thing for once. DON"T cave into the lobbyist and big bucks. Protect the people.
