|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:Federal Trade Commissioners: I implore you to NOT change the rules for the Do Not Call Registry. It has been onerous enough during the recent political campaign to receive five or more unwanted calls each evening. Any individual who wishes to contact me or my family may feel free to use the United States Postal Service. I honestly cannot understand why merchants wish to contact me by telephone when I have made my wishes to not be so contacted abundantly clear by adding my name to the Do Not Call Registry.
