I thought we were protected against telemarketing calls, pre-recorded or otherwise. I still get some now and then but hang up as soon as I hear them. I would prefer not to be bothered, however. Your second point is unclear in meaning, so I can not give an opinion. However, I am against anything that diminishes the restrictions on calls by telemarketers,, etc. I hope your investigation is more than a show, and that the influence of the marketing firms has not already decided the issue, as I suspect.
