I suppose somebody from Massachusetts doesn't count for much with you Bush people but if you start cutting holes in the rules that keep those &^$^%$$#% telemarketers from interrupting my peace and quite, you will not have any peace yourself until the complete ban that the do-not-call rule embodies has been restored to its intended force and purpose. Think I'm kidding? just you try to change that rule
