I believe that adding another exception to the do-not-call list is a grave error. The purpose of the list is to provide the opportunity for people who do not wish to have their lives interrupted by advertisement to state definitely that they are not interested in these advertisements. Allowing another way for advertisers to contact these people, who have already indicated that they will not be favorably receptive to commercial calling serves only undermine the foundation and purpose of the law.
